Abstract

The purpose of the article is to determine, on the basis of theoretical and empirical research, pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine for professional interaction with military personnel based on the principles of a gender approach. Based on the analysis of the latest research, the essence of the definition of «pedagogical conditions» was revealed and the concept of «readiness of future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine for professional interaction with military personnel based on the principles of a gender approach» was specified, which became the basis for substantiating the systematics of conditions, namely: socio-pedagogical, influencing on the motivation of cadets; innovative ones that expand the possibilities of using various teaching methods; organizational and pedagogical ones that contribute to the personal self-development of cadets and the formation of their professional skills; educational and methodical, consisting in the readiness of scientific and pedagogical workers for continuous training and development; diagnostic, allowing to evaluate the level of progress of cadets by receiving feedback from them; institutional and organizational, which ensure the institutional capacity of the higher education institution to implement the state gender policy of Ukraine and to organize the practical ensuring of equal rights. In the course of the study, it was established that in order to effectively form the readiness of future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine for professional interaction on the basis of a gender approach in a higher military educational institution, it is necessary to implement: the creation of a developmental educational space that stimulates the appropriate social, pedagogical and psychological mechanisms for the formation of a value orientation to ensure gender equality; to stimulate awareness among the participants of the educational process of the dependence of the readiness of future officers for professional interaction with military personnel on the basis of a gender approach on the introduction of gender aspects into educational activities; special psychological training of officials of a higher military educational institution with the aim of forming their psychological readiness for the introduction of gender equality in the educational process; ensuring the possibility of psychological diagnosis and correction of gender guidelines of scientific and pedagogical workers based on their reflexive self-knowledge and acceptance of their own type of gender identity; the use of interactive learning methods in the educational process with the aim of preventing stereotypical ideas about the role of men and women in Ukrainian society and forming a tolerant attitude towards all subjects of educational activity, regardless of their sex.
