Abstract

The article substantiates the author’s methodology for assessing the level of individual training of military specialists in the training centers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The theoretical foundations of the methodology of mathematical modeling of the level of individual training of military specialists in the training center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by means of innovative training technologies have been revealed. The training of military specialists in military centers (schools of military specialists) is defined as the comprehensive implementation of educational, methodical, organizational, educational and other work by the instructor-teaching staff (IMS) to fulfill the order in accordance with the standards (programs) of training. It is noted that the methodology is based on system analysis and decision-making theory, in particular, a set of functions are implemented, which at different stages of activity have different significance and therefore have different effects on the generalized criterion. Taking into account the fact that the evaluation of individual training objects is based on partial indicators, the need to use a system approach, which will be characterized by multicriteria functional dependence and involves multi-criteria evaluation of their level of preparation, is substantiated. The multiplicative approach to the aggregation of partial evaluations of the significance of performance indicators and the degree of their expressiveness into a general evaluation, namely the characteristics of the training effectiveness indicator and further aggregation of these evaluations into a holistic criterion for the training of military specialists, gained further development. To illustrate the regularity of the distribution of the degree of integrative evaluations, a criterion (generalized performance evaluation indicator) has been developed, which contributes to a complete quantitative and qualitative study of the individual training of military specialists in the training centers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by means of innovative training technologies. It is noted that the criterion of the effectiveness of individual training is a generalized indicator of its effectiveness, which corresponds to the main purpose of its functioning and consists of a set of quantitative (qualitative) partial indicators reflecting individual properties that affect it.
