PRIVACY POLICY

Submitted manuscripts are peer-reviewed with due respect for author confidentiality, and authors trust the editors with the results of their scientific work and creative efforts, on which their reputation and career may depend. Reviewers ensure the rights of authors regarding non-violation of confidentiality in case of disclosure of personal and scientific information during the review of manuscripts. Reviewers also enjoy the right to confidentiality maintained by the editor. A breach of confidentiality is permitted if there is dishonesty or fraud on the part of the author.

The editors do not disclose any information about manuscripts (including their receipt, content, pending status, reviewer critiques, or final status) to anyone other than authors and reviewers. This includes requests to use materials for legitimate professional and scientific activities.

The editors constantly explain to the reviewers that the manuscripts submitted for examination are the privileged and private property of the authors. Therefore, reviewers and members of the editorial board respect the rights of authors, do not publicly discuss their work and do not appropriate their ideas for the publication of their manuscript. Reviewers are not permitted to make copies of manuscripts for their own files, nor are they permitted to pass them on to others, except with the editor's permission. Reviewers must return or destroy copies of manuscripts after submission of peer reviews. The editors do not keep copies of rejected manuscripts.

Reviewer comments are not published or otherwise made public without the consent of the reviewer, author, and editor.

Authors should read the Journal's Privacy Policy Information before submitting a manuscript to understand that reviews are anonymous, that reviewers' identities are not revealed to him or anyone else without the reviewers' permission, that in some cases reviewers' comments are sent to others who review the same manuscript, which helps reviewers understand the peer review process. Reviewers are notified of the final decision of the editorial board and the editor to accept or reject the manuscript.
